You might remember Daria Kark from our last session together in the fall (on the snowiest day) at Where I Thrive and around Lansdowne Park. Daria is a real estate agent at Engel and Volkers in Ottawa. She loves winter and really wanted to showcase just how much she loves it with a photoshoot in Gatineau Park.

I had to share these photos before all the sun melts over the weekend because it’s nearly spring!

We met nearby Camp Fortune along a cross-country ski trail for some photos of Daria doing what she loves most.

Ok, I had to include these bloobers because it was literally the funniest moment! I asked Daria to step off the beaten path a bit for our photos of her snowshoeing and well, turns out, the snow was not nearly packed down enough and she went DOWN. And then kinda got stuck. Yes, I laughed. But we were both laughing.

Our last stop was the Meech Lake chair lift at Camp Fortune where Daria strapped on her downhill skis and we got a few photos of her on the hill.

This day was perfect, but bring on spring friends! xo
