If you know me, you probably also know this gal. Not only is she an amazing yoga teacher, she is also my best friend. Megan Beahen is a yoga teacher in Ottawa who has changed the way people think about yoga. It doesn’t have to be serious all the time…it can also be fun (and even feel like a dance party).

You may remember our branding session in Brooklyn, New York a few years ago. I still dream of that day…walking around, taking photos, bar hopping on a beautiful sunny day. The perfect way to do a branding session, in my opinion! Haha.

This time, we hit the streets of Downtown Ottawa around St. Brigid’s Centre for the Arts. It was a cold day, but somehow Megan made it look flawless.

 

Megan’s yoga classes incorporate a lot of dance and rhythm. She teaches Flow Jam at Yogatown and she also teaches Ritual at Pure Yoga, which is a combination of yoga, high intensity cardio, and plyometrics.. ⁣If you haven’t tried it, the online platform offers a 14-day free trial and I highly recommend it! It’s such a fun way to workout!

 

It was really hard getting some more “serious” photos of this gal. It’s rare to see Megan without a mega smile.
