Sarah Zielinski is an online fitness coach in Ottawa who has built her business entirely on Instagram, with over 21K followers. She believes in drinking wine, working out at home, traveling the world and living your dream life.

A few months back, I gave away a branding session to one follower on Instagram and Sarah was the winner. We met at Britannia Beach on a beautiful, sunny morning and toured around, did a couple wardrobe changes and got some amazing photos to fit her brand. I studied  Sarah’s Instagram feed before we met so that I knew exactly how to shoot this session. Her feed is bright, happy, and colourful. I wanted these photos to reflect that.

Sarah believes that you can still enjoy the things that you love, like beer on a sunny day, without compromising your fitness goals- and that’s what makes her a great fitness coach!
