Cara booked my Quarterly Investment package, which includes 4 sessions throughout the year. So this won’t be the last time you see her on here! This was our first session together.

Cara loves being outdoors. She is passionate about seeing people live their best life and believes that being pain-free, and moving optimally plays a huge role in accomplishing this goal. We met for our first session at Hogs Back, where we explored the trails, a nearby bridge, and the beautiful fall leaves.

Originally, Cara suggested that we meet in Gatineau Park, but I wanted to offer her a little more variety than what Gatineau Park has to offer. Hogs Back has the fall colours and leaves, as well as some concrete steps, a bridge, and the water.

I love the mix of urban and nature. These photos will provide Cara with more use and longevity.
