Oh hey there! It’s been a while!
I have been working away behind the scenes and have failed to post anything on the blog for a very, very long time. As a one gal operation, there’s always something that gets put on the back burner. But, I’M BACK! And in the effort of time (and knowing that I’m already being ambitious in thinking I’ll be more consistently blogging), I’m bringing you the best of the best in my latest and greatest psychotherapist brand photos in Ottawa.
I’ve been getting a lot of requests from psychotherapists in Ottawa for brand photos. It’s no surprise that anyone in the therapy business has been busy over the course of the pandemic. Many people have been seeking help from psychotherapists and they’ve been busier than ever.
It’s been so fun working with so many different psychotherapists and getting to know them and enhancing their personal brand and aesthetic.
Ottawa psychotherapist Benslyne Avril knocked it out of the park with her branding session. I always encourage my clients to plan, plan, plan. Wardrobes, shot list, mood board…all the things that will make you feel confident and prepared. Benslyne did just that. Our shoot took place at the very versatile Studio 20.20 in Ottawa.
If you didn’t know already, I started using my home studio as a space to offer clients during the pandemic when everything was closed. It’s worked out very well, and I’m still using it to this day. Here are a few of Tesia Bryski, a book-loving psychotherapist here in Ottawa.

I also welcomed Elise Gwyn into the home studio late last year. Doesn’t she just exude warmth? I love how beautifully her website has come together since our branding session.
I’ve also had the pleasure of working with the Resiliency Clinic numerous time over the course of the last few years. It’s always such a joy to photograph in their beautiful clinic.

Hi there! I am in the process of looking for a photographer to do a little photoshoot of our small team of psychotherapists! I would also be interested in headshots and perhaps taking photos of our office space. This is my first time seeking this type of service, so I am completely open to feedback or suggestions! I’m a registered psychotherapist and the owner of a virtual psychotherapy practice that I’m just getting up and running after years of working out of another clinic. I’m curious to get quotes on what it would cost for 2 people to get professional headshots and to get a few ‘in motion’ photos to use the our website. I don’t have the best physical location to take photos as my business is currently virtual only, although I can stage my home to accommodate a shoot if necessary. But I’m curious if you have a physical location where photos can be taken. Date to shoot is flexible but sometime around Sept 20th weekend or Sept 27th weekend is ideal, as the 2nd person requiring a headshot is coming in from out of town.
